1. I've been very ambivalent lately, especially in school, where temporary depression switch to almost hyperactive optimism phases and back in the matter of hours, every day. It does my head in.
2. I spend most of my time alone at the PC. Of course I like being social and having fun and also drama with real people (And I'm not even someone who tries to balance his weak RL with lots of internet friends. Actually I rarely chat anymore). But sometimes I just need a rest, be with myself and have peace to think about stuff. I'm just a leetle afraid that this might've grown to be some kind of... addiction.
3. Because of 2. I have a lot of time to think. And I think a lot. According to what my Philosophy teacher is preaching, I fulfill all the qualifications of being or becoming a philosopher.
I guess that sounds better than "guy who ponders about it a lot but never gets shit done."
4. I love listening to music, and pretty much do it all day except when I'm watching a movie, taking a shower, or sleeping. I also just love trying to press my favourite music on my friends. Sorry for that, usually they end up liking it though.
5. Most of my social life I spend with people who are about ten years older than myself. My brother's and sister's clique (all being around 26 years old). I've never been to a party with people my own age.
Then again, teenagers suck most of the time.
6. I'd like to study Art after school (provided I ever manage to make it out alive), but the Art univiersities in Austria are rather... traditional, and not even in the good, old school art teachings sense either. I might just have to study abroad, though I don't know if I have the balls for that yet.
7. It's my last year of school before my A-levels and heck, only now do I realise how much I can't stand this school system anymore. I want out out out out oooouuut!
8. Whenever I don't have to go to school for a few days, I feel how my personality changes. It's crazy, but I get more productive, more social, more intelligent even :0
9. After more than two years I'm going to get a haircut in two hours. I'm more nervous than I thought I'd be :U
10. Whoof. I am a huge attention whore really (as you can see after this journal), I just try very hard not to show it most of the time. Even when I say it, almost never want to be "left alone."

Yeah, apparently I want to do a point & click adventure of my own.
I found this rather professional program here [link] and after reading through the tutorial I saw my summer project form before me.
The setting will be fairytale-esque fantasy (think Brackenwood or the Nevermore games), as I want to go crazy with the backgrounds without restrictions. And I'll probably use the little traveler ( [link] [link] ) as my protagonist.
As I'm spending july at my father's place without Photoshop and my tablet, I'll use the time to think about the world and sketch out concepts.

Well, I would if I wasn't completely stumped by the plot. I'm pretty sure I don't want to have a "oh noes we must stop the bad sorcerer/king/demon/mastermind" kind of story, but what story I do want to tell I don't know.

Now, since I've been fruitlessly pondering about it for a week now and one half of the month is already over, I thought hey! Why not use the original hivemind of the net?
So if you have any at least slightly NOT cliché ideas, throw 'em my way!

Alrighty then.
1. My mood is heavily influenced by weather. I detest snow, but love rain to the extent that I stroll extra slowly in a heavy storm. Over the past few years I've completely changed from a winter to a summer person and, while I'm often rather grumpy and cynical, a single sunny day can lift my mood to ridiculous heights and shows my better, really optimistic self.

2. I find typical teenager problems ridiculous and absolutely hate it when I catch myself being such a stereotypical doofus but can't do anything about it.

3. I believe every problem you have in your mind - be it depression, demotivation, unhappyness with your own body, etc. - can be solved by getting your inner chemicals back in order through the right diet, sports and lots of sun.

4. Most (if not all) of my social life outside school is hanging around with people who are about ten years older than I am. I just can't take teenagers all the time although I'm 17 myself. They say it's because I'm more mature than most teenies, but I'm careful to say that about myself <:I

5. I click my dA bookmark about 30 times a day.

6. There are two pages full of small thumbnails and words about ideas I've had lying on my desk, but my motivation to draw can't keep up with my creativity.

7. I often find obscure objects in my room with no idea where they came from. My favourite: A bronzen cross in a dark corner behind a closet. Looked like a shrine of some sort. Creeepy.

8. Should be learning for a very important French test and what am I doing? Filling out a dA meme. What does that say about my concentration span?
